Lettings Negotiator
We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Slater Hogg & Howison team based in Stirling.

What We’re Looking For:
* The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
* Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
* Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
* Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role:
* Generate and book valuations.
* Qualify and service new applicants.
* Carry out property viewings.
* Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
* Administer tenancies (with support).
* Provide outstanding customer service.
