Primary Teacher – PPA Cover (3 Days Per Week)

Contract: Part-time (3 days per week)
Salary: £140–£180 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Primary Teacher to provide PPA cover across KS1 and KS2 in a welcoming primary school located in Blackpool. This is a part-time position working three days per week, starting as soon as possible, with the potential to continue long-term.
The Role:
* Deliver high‑quality lessons across a range of year groups
* Follow planned lessons and ensure continuation of learning
* Provide engaging and effective classroom management
* Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
* Work collaboratively with teachers and school leaders
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a fully qualified teacher (QTS required)
* Have experience across both KS1 and KS2 (preferred but not essential)
* Be flexible, confident, and able to quickly build rapport with pupils
* Demonstrate strong behaviour management and organisational skills
* Be available 3 days per week on an ongoing basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
