The role
To support the ASTI Business Unit and Project Planner in the successful delivery of projects for blue chip clients through effective programme management techniques and support to the Project Management Organisation (PMO).
Responsibilities
1. To assist the project planner in the production and maintenance of tender and delivery progammes.
2. Update programmes at the required frequency and provide PMO with realistic and accurate forecast programmes
3. To support PMO with the development, control, monitoring, analysis and reporting on schedule related aspects for designated projects within a Portfolio.
4. Monitor a cost and resource loaded, logic linked, baseline plan for the project in accordance with Programme Office processes
5. Interface with other departments regarding the project’s activities which may have an impact and ensure these are correctly captured.

General
This position is preferably based in Inverness / Highlands Region, however we do have offices in Perth or Glasgow, with travel to site and attendance at project progress meetings as required throughout Scotland.
The salary and benefits package for this role will be on a Personal Contract basis and will be commensurate with a position at this level and dependant on experience.
