Primary School Support Staff - TA Roles (Bolton & Bury, September Start)
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting a number of support staff to join welcoming primary schools across Bolton and Bury from September. If you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or someone looking to develop a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.
Main duties include:
* Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on school need.
* Providing one-to-one or small group interventions to boost attainment.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting social development.
* Preparing resources and assisting with classroom activities.
* Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Relevant school-based experience or transferable skills from childcare/youth work.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A nurturing, proactive, and resilient attitude.
* Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
