Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Officer to become part of our growing Private Wealth team based in Jersey. In this dynamic role, you’ll support a diverse international client base by accurately handling a wide range of trust administration tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* You'll manage trust administration with accuracy and efficiency, supporting a diverse international client base and delivering high-quality financial services in line with internal policies.
* You'll collaborate closely with senior officers and team members, contributing to the day-to-day administration of private client portfolios, assisting with projects, and maintaining meticulous client records.
* You'll embody the Group’s values, consistently aiming to exceed client expectations through operational excellence, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to service quality.
* You'll take ownership of your development, ensuring technical knowledge is current, CPD requirements are met, and performance continuously improves through feedback and active learning.
* You'll play an active role in compliance and risk awareness, adhering to company procedures, identifying efficiency improvements, responding promptly to queries, and escalating issues where necessary.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
* You have at least two years of experience in trust administration, with strong analytical thinking, excellent organisational skills, and a sharp attention to detail that supports reliable fiduciary service.
* You communicate effectively—whether in writing or conversation—and thrive in team settings where collaboration and mutual support are key.
* You manage competing priorities with ease, multitasking under pressure and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* You’re actively working toward qualifications like the ICSA Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration or the STEP Foundation Certificate, and you maintain ongoing professional development in line with industry standards.
* You’re confident using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, and you have a solid understanding of Jersey’s finance industry and fiduciary duties
