Location: Hybrid – 2 days in Nuneaton (Mon–Tue)

Reports to: Growth Manager / CRM Commercial Campaign Manager
The Role
* Lead the build, QA and optimisation of multi-channel CRM journeys (email, app, push) using Braze.
* Bring campaigns to life with personalisation and segmentation powered by CDP integrations.
* Partner with design, loyalty, data and content teams to deliver customer-first communications.
* Own performance reporting, dashboards, and test-and-learn plans to continually improve campaign impact.
* Mentor CRM Executives and act as a trusted escalation point for QA and journey execution.
* Represent CRM within cross-functional squads, ensuring seamless collaboration across the business.
The Person
* Proven experience in CRM or retention marketing.
* Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar ESPs) and CDP-driven segmentation.
* Skilled in dynamic content, journey QA, and campaign troubleshooting.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
* Organised, proactive, and a natural collaborator with a passion for customer engagement.
