Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Contract: Permanent / 45 hours per week

In this Food & Beverage Manager hands-on role, your eye for detail will help you excel. You will love leading and motivating your team and driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business, with a focus on setting the F&B operation apart from the competition as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat, and drink.
You will know the local market and have experience in running a busy Food and Beverage department at Head of Department level, ideally within a similarly sized property.
Managing the detail through your department managers, supervisors, and team will be second nature, and leading from the front to set an example is something you are no stranger to.
A sound understanding of Health and Safety will be beneficial, as will a working knowledge of Opera and Zonal.
