Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Essex (near Stansted)
Salary: £50,000 + Company Van & Fuel Card
The Role
• Full-time, site-based role overseeing electrical installation and maintenance projects
• Supervising electricians and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Managing day-to-day site activities and coordinating work schedules
• Inspecting electrical systems to ensure quality and compliance
• Ensuring all works meet current safety and electrical regulations
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
• Providing technical guidance and support to engineers and operatives
• Liaising directly with clients to ensure project requirements are achieved
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety across all projects

The Ideal Candidate
• Proven supervisory experience within the electrical sector
• Strong background in electrical maintenance and installation
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles
• Experience ensuring compliance with current industry regulations and safety standards
• Familiar with NIC EIC requirements
• Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
