Catering Assistant – Enniskillen
Excel Recruitment is looking for a Catering Assistant for the Fermanagh area, ad-hoc shifts Monday to Friday daytime. Are you ready to enhance your career?
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a speedy, sociable, and effective level of customer service
2. Assuring high levels of food hygiene
3. Assisting Chef with Food preparation and service on the food counter
4. Maintaining and cleaning the kitchen area and equipment to a high standard
5. Always working in accordance with HACCP procedures
6. Conducting tasks as instructed by the relevant Manager.
Requirements:
7. Manual Handling and HACCP training preferred (Training can be provided)
8. Previous catering experience an advantage, but not necessary
9. Excellent communication and people skills
10. Ability to work well on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
