Lodgement Co‑Ordinate r (Retrofit)

Base location: Warrington office – hybrid working, minimum 3 days in office. Typical hours Monday to Friday 37.5 – 8.30am to 5.00pm.

As a Lodgement Co‑Ordinate r you will provide essential administrative support to the operational office, helping Contract and Site Managers focus on day‑to‑day delivery for our clients and customers. You will work closely with the Lodgement and operational teams to prepare handover packs for refurbishments of tenanted social housing properties, ensuring all documentation and certification meet funding guidelines.

Responsibilities

* Set up property folders on SharePoint and collate/chase all documentation relating to the contract via Operations teams or subcontractors
* Support the contract and onsite team to ensure a smooth transition and handover of completed properties
* Deal with internal and external communications and record/report information as necessary
* Ensure all necessary contract data, documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time
* Ensure written and verbal information is legible, accurate, and passed onto the appropriate person on time
* Use time‑management and organisational skills to meet funding deadlines
* Work as a team player with site teams to gain appropriate certifications per property
* Deal with client/customer queries and communications professionally and efficiently
* Support management in meeting business needs
* Present yourself professionally to reflect the business image


Qualifications

* Highly organised and methodical thinker with confidence to communicate verbally and in writing
* Good computer skills; ability to use in‑house computer systems and willingness to learn our system during onboarding
* Ability to handle up to 50 documents per property and meet deadlines
* Strong time‑management and organisational skills
* Team‑player mindset and willingness to bring ideas for efficiencies
