The Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools during periods of staff absence or additional demands. Your primary responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and age groups.Upholding a positive learning environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of students.Following lesson plans and adapting them to suit the needs of each class.Managing classroom behavior and promoting a respectful learning atmosphere.Encouraging student participation and academic growth.Collaborating with other staff members and maintaining open communication with school leadership. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable but not mandatory.Flexibility and adaptability to teach different subjects and age groups.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and staff.A passion for education and a commitment to the development of young minds.A DBS on the update serviceA driver is desirable but not a requirement.
