A reputable professional services firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their local team. You'll collaborate closely with Team Leaders and Regional Executive Services Managers, utilising internal resources such as the Document Production team, Administrative Assistants, and Business Services. While you'll enjoy autonomy in structuring your day, teamwork is crucial as you integrate into the team dynamics and uphold the firm's values.

Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Organise and attend team meetings, manage travel arrangements including overseas trips, and coordinate event logistics. Engage in networking activities to enhance business relationships and raise the firm's profile. Assist lawyers with legal directory submissions and maintain lawyer biographies and sector pages.
* Client Service: Deliver exceptional client service, manage client data and compliance processes, and run financial reports. Utilise digital tools for data management and client communications.
* Diary Management: Coordinate diary appointments, prepare necessary materials, and maintain key dates and reminders.
* Finance and Billing: Support financial processes, invoice preparation, and expense claims.
* Liaise with finance teams and manage financial reporting tasks.
* Workflow Management: Effectively prioritise tasks, communicate updates, and collaborate with internal support teams to meet deadlines.
