Salary of up to £35,000 (DoE) + commission

The opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the company in finding and recruiting new employees. Within this you will identify, attract, screen, shortlist, and interview suitable candidates for a range of roles within our organisation.
You will be expected to create candidate pipelines for various vacancies through networking, whilst utilising all avenues possible to attract candidates to our roles.

What exactly will you do?
* Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and CV databases)
* Source candidate for both high volume and niche roles
* Screen CV’s and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
* Work with hiring managers to develop an appropriate recruitment and selection process.
* Respond to applicants and support a positive candidate experience.
* Update systems accordingly.
* Provide regular reports on vacancies.
* Identify challenges and look to implement solutions.
* Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, 1st and 2nd interviews and face to face interviews.
* Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
* Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in an internal talent acquisition function (desirable)
* Excellent telephone manner
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Excellent reporting skills
* Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group)
* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and CV databases.
* Solid understanding of either resourcing as a standalone skill or full-cycle recruiting
* Ability to learn quickly and to work independently to achieve deadlines and targets.
