Sales Manager / Showroom Manager Location: Chelsea, London Salary: £38,000 basic + bonus (£60,000 OTE) Hours: 5 days one week, 6 days the next (rota) Type: Full-time, Permanent If you're going to manage a showroom, it may as well be a high-end one. This isn't about flogging run-of-the-mill motors. You'll be running the floor of a luxury vehicle showroom in Chelsea, where the standards are high, the customers are discerning, and the rewards match the effort you put in. You'll be responsible for the showroom, the sales process, and the customer experience. That means everything from direct marketing and lead generation, through to ensuring every client leaves with the car they want and the service they expect at this level. And unlike a lot of roles at this level, the bonus structure here is realistic. £60k OTE is very achievable and with a basic of £38k keeping you secure.
