Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with client and introducer updates.
* Preparing and issuing Draft Contracts on property sales.
* Drafting financial statements for sales transactions.
* Handling redemption statements from lenders.
* Managing and diarising enquiries, purchase contracts, and replies.
* Supporting with exchanges, completion letters, and financial packs.
* Providing essential administrative support to conveyancers.
The Candidate
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
* Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is essential.
