I am looking for an O&M Manager to join a renewable energy business, leading across offshore wind, onshore wind, and solar.
They are now looking for an O&M Manager to lead the operational phase of an Offshore Wind Farm east of Scotland, working from a new, state-of-the-art facility.
The Opportunity:
* Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a major offshore wind farm, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance.
* Manage and develop a high-performing site team focused on operational excellence and strong health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Plan and deliver maintenance strategies.
* Oversee HV operations and develop the site’s HV system O&M strategy in line with fleet-wide standards.
* Deliver 24/7 site monitoring, emergency response readiness, and control activities.
* Manage operational budgets and drive site commercial performance.
* Build strong relationships with contractors, grid operators, and internal stakeholders.
* Develop, review, and implement operational procedures to ensure best practice and compliance.
* Support longer-term asset management strategies including turbine performance analysis and major maintenance campaigns.
* Represent the project externally at operational forums, tradeshows, and client meetings.
