Specific Hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: Unqualified: Base salary of £27,866.34, earning up to £33,447.67 with sleep-in shifts.
Qualified: Base salary of £29,181.57, earning up to £34,762.90 with sleep-in shifts.

We are excited to invite passionate individuals to join our residential homes as Residential Childcare Workers!
Your Role
As a vital member of our team, you will work directly with young people facing challenging behaviors. Your flexibility, resilience, and organizational skills will be key in providing high-quality childcare that helps these young individuals achieve their best outcomes.
This permanent position offers fantastic career prospects and a comprehensive training program within our growing organization. You’ll enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with an average of 38 hours per week, following a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins. Plus, you’ll benefit from generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus scheme!
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
* Full manual driving licence
* Ability to work independently with high accuracy and maintain clear records
* Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
* Capability to complete daily records in line with statutory and policy requirements
* Empathetic nature
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience working with young people
* Willingness to pursue a fully funded qualification in Level 3 Children and Young People (or already qualified)
