Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with lived experience with a learning disability and/or autism to join a new team. You will help Nottinghamshire County Council to write easy read versions of key council information.
Responsibilities
* Write easy read versions of key council information.
* Use your lived experience to help us write good quality Easy Read documents for others.
* Have literacy skills to read information written in plain English.
* Be able to make telephone calls, use e-mail and use applications such as Word.
* Have experience of using Adult social care or children’s services.
