Key Responsibilities: Support students with learning, both individually and in small groups Assist teachers in delivering lessons and preparing learning materials Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive engagement Support children with SEN, additional learning needs, or specific interventions Supervise students during activities, breaks, and exam situations Maintain accurate records and contribute to progress monitoring Skills & Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to supporting children Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from teaching staff Organised, reliable, and proactive in supporting learning needs Experience working with children is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Qualifications: Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) QTS or relevant education/childcare qualification is desirable but not essential
