25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities
* We require a one to one learning assistant who is reliable, competent and caring to provide one to one support for a child/ren with complex additional needs in Key Stage One/ Key stage Two.
* The position is for a part time candidate, with recent successful experience of working with non-verbal children with Autism, Behaviour, Medical and Personal needs.
* · support a pupil or pupils on an individual basis in the school setting,
* · be adaptable, well organised and an effective team player
* · where necessary work with groups of children
* · have good English and Maths skills to GCSE or equivalent level, and possible relevant LA and/or EYFS training qualifications.
* · have good communication skills, patience and motivation to encourage pupils to achieve their best
* · Undertake additional training to support medical and personal needs.
