Job Title: Fire and Security Engineer
About the Role
Systems engineer, the successful applicant will complete Installation, maintenance and repairs to Intruder, CCTV, Access, Gates and Fire alarm systems. This is a field based role attending customer sites nationally.
Experience/Qualifications/Licenses/Competencies
Qualifications (holding or working towards is a distinct advantage)
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a service-led organisation
* A driving license holder
* Full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check and right to work in the UK
* Relevant other qualifications welcome

Skills
* Experience in a field-based environment
* Technical understanding of fire and security systems and the ability to problem solve
* Familiarity with relevant health & safety regulations and industry standards
* Ability to translate contract vision and organisational strategy into clear regional plans and measurable outcomes
* Pro‑active, takes ownership, organised and detailed
* Credibility and influence at director level, internally and with clients and knows how to resolve issues while protecting both customer satisfaction and Kingdom interests
* Thinks and acts commercially
* Clear and responsive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a strong presenter
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up internal platforms

Role Responsibilities
* Install and embed best-in-class systems
* Deliver service with care through a quality resourced and well managed infrastructure
* Customer engagement on sites to build the Kingdom brand
* Support the systems operational team, in the successful delivery of services
Compliance & Best Practice
* Support: All relevant statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
* Process: Comply with any HOW we do business process manual/s relevant to role
* Centres: Promote the use, optimisation, and centralisation of all Kingdom Centres to ensure best-practice execution across the group.
* Social: Support Kingdom social media posts by liking and commenting.
