A strategic and highly visible position has arisen for a Health, Safety and Environment Director to join a global services organisation during an exciting period of growth and change.
Reporting nationally and into the global C-suite, this role will provide transformative leadership across the UK, ensuring Health Safety and Environment is embedded as a strategic enabler of business performance.

The successful Health, Safety and Environment Director will:
* Bring significant senior-level experience in health, safety, environment and quality within a large, complex, and matrix-based organisation.
* Have a strong background in food safety, food manufacturing, or engineering, ideally aligned to comparable high-risk, operationally diverse environments.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to lead and develop successful HSE teams, instilling behavioural and cultural change across a wide stakeholder group.
* Possess exceptional influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a strategic partner and coach to the business.
* Hold a Level 6 HSE qualification, with CMIOSH (or a clear pathway to achieving it).
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package including:
* Base salary £130,000 - £150,000 depending on experience
* Performance-related bonus
* Car allowance and pension contribution
* Flexible working, with a strong preference for London/South East-based candidates to allow for regular presence at HQ and client sites
