We’re searching for a detail-driven Lettings Administrator to provide high-quality support to franchisees, ensure compliance, and deliver a first-class service to tenants and landlords. Confident communicator with strong customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail & highly organised. Strong admin skills and IT literate. Knowledge of client accounting principles would be beneficial. Full Right to Work in the UK commutable to Cleckheaton Your Role You’ll support franchisees and tenants across all aspects of lettings administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliant processes, and a smooth tenant journey from move-in to move-out. Key Responsibilities: Handle enquiries from tenants and franchisees. Set up new rental properties and process tenant move-ins. Enter payments and maintain accurate client accounting records. Process notices, move-outs and issue final rent statements. Issue rent increases and update direct debit arrangements. Schedule compliance checks and liaise with franchisees. Support rent arrears recovery. Escalate and resolve complex queries. Attend training to stay updated on lettings legislation. Provide additional office/operational support where required.
