Mechanical Fitter Stockport
Salary: £42,500 + Excellent Benefits (Pension, Life Assurance, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays)
Hours: Monday to Friday Days Only (No Weekends)
Evening Cover: 1 in every 5 weeks (Driving licence required)

The Role: As a Mechanical Fitter, youll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, and installations across a range of production equipment and plant machinery. Youll work as part of a small, skilled maintenance team ensuring machinery runs efficiently and downtime is
kept to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and repair work on manufacturing equipment.
* Carry out installations, strip downs, and rebuilds as required.
* Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Support production teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
* Participate in an evening cover rota (1 in every 5 weeks).
