The Project: £80m new build student accommodation Large-scale, technically complex scheme with high-quality design and sustainability targets Located in central Southampton Programme running over multiple phases, offering long-term involvement The Role: As Managing Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial ownership of the scheme from early stages through to final account. You’ll lead a dedicated commercial team, manage subcontractor procurement, reporting, cost control, and ensure the financial success of the project in line with business expectations.
