During your Placement, you will use your talents and academic knowledge to add value to the Talent Acquisition team in all department related enquiries, requests and administration. You will receive practical training to complement your academic studies, embedding our values while growing your career. Responsibilities: · Review and assign cases to team members according to portfolio via case management system · Created and draft advertisements for all hiring initiatives. · Assist with interview scheduling and facility booking. · Prepare necessary documentation and conduct analysis where necessary · Manage key projects and initiatives across the broader HR team Requirements · Good English and/or local dialects, both verbal and written · Good learning attitude and pleasant personality to work with multiple stakeholders · Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint · Undergraduate in any discipline with availability to work full time for a minimum period of 12 weeks between May 2024 – September 2024. · The legal right to work in Malaysia What to Expect?
