We're looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Junior Social Media Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll support the day-to-day management of social media channels for a range of clients, helping to shape content, manage calendars, and monitor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support in creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance
Assist with reporting and analytics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Sprout, or similar
Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align content with campaign goals
What We’re Looking For:
~1–2 years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience a bonus)
~ Strong understanding of key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
~ Excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills
~ Enthusiastic team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for social trends
