Part-Time | 9am – 3pm, Mon - Fri | Temp role (initial 3 months with potential to extend or perm role)
£25,000–£27,000 FTE - Actual salary will be pro-rata, based on agreed hours (22–27.5 hours/week), ranging from approximately £13,750 – £18,525.
Are you confident on the phone, naturally organised, and ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a proactive Customer Data Administrator to join our friendly team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our customer records accurate and engaging with prospective clients - helping us grow and build lasting relationships.
Depending on your experience and career goals, this role has potential to develop into a broader sales and marketing support role over time.
Role
As Customer Data Administrator, you’ll:
* Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to verify and update contact information.
* Keep our CRM and customer data clean, accurate, and well-organised.
* Follow up on marketing campaigns and record outcomes in our systems.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing to generate leads and ensure data quality.
* Maintain clear records of all calls and activities.
* Provide day to day support to the Sales or Marketing team, depending on your skillset.
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in customer data enrichment and data management.
* An incredible eye for accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
* A confident, friendly telephone manner that's engaging, warm and friendly.
* A positive, resilient attitude - comfortable speaking to new contacts.
* Strong listening and questioning skills to get to the heart of conversations.
* The ability to work to targets and follow processes efficiently.
* Comfortable working independently and at a high level of intensity.
Desirable
* Experience working in a customer service, telesales, sales support, or marketing administration role.
* Familiarity with CRM systems or databases
* You get a buzz from persuading and influencing people.
* You enjoy balancing admin tasks with customer interaction.
* You like working in a supportive, down to earth team.
* You’re motivated by achieving targets and seeing your work make a difference.
