Architectural Technologist Job in Chorley, Lancashire
This Architect position in Chorley, Lancashire presents an opportunity to join a prominent healthcare architectural team. With approximately 100 team members, the practice has secured its spot on the AJ100 list. Offering a flexible schedule of three days working from home per week, a salary of up to £45,000, and 31 days of holiday including bank holidays.
As part of its continued success, the practice is actively looking to expand its architectural team in the upcoming year, fueled by ambitious growth plans. They are currently engaged in a variety of projects, ranging from new build NHS hospitals to specialised mental health facilities across the UK. Notable among these is a £1 billion new build hospital project.
Role & Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with a team made up of Architects, Technicians/Technologists and Interior Designers
Produce construction and tender packages in Revit
Capable architect with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Understanding and working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Work across all RIBA stages particularly stage 4 onwards
Reporting to Seniors and Associates.Required Skills & Experience
3+ years UK experience post-qualification
Relevant Architectural Technology Degree or HND/HNC
Revit proficiency is essential previous experience working to BIM level 2 is desirable
Experience working across all RIBA stages
Previous project experience is highly desirable but not essential.What you get back
