Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant (Years 3 & 4 Focus) Location: Gillingham, Kent Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full Time | Term-time only We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Key Stage 2 team, primarily supporting pupils in Years 3 and 4. This role will focus on delivering targeted small group interventions to help pupils build confidence and make strong academic progress. You will work closely with class teachers to support learning, reinforce key skills, and help pupils overcome barriers in a positive and engaging environment.
