Role Overview:
We are seeking individuals to help keep children safe on our roads. As a School Crossing Patrol Operative, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety of children and pedestrians when crossing designated areas.
No formal qualifications or experience are required, but you should have good rapport with children and adults and an awareness of road safety. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and all career stages. If you have the people skills to interact with children, drivers, parents, and teachers, we will provide full training to help you confidently manage traffic. All our Operatives receive comprehensive training.
If you are reliable, enthusiastic, and can work 5 hours a week during term time, we would love to hear from you. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions, supporting local communities during school commutes. Uniforms are provided, and you will be paid during school holidays.
