The project: The projects incorporate the latest modern methods of construction and standardised processes. The successful candidate will be supporting the lead Project Manager throughout the delivery of a project which is already progressing on site. This role sits in our consultancy business, specifically the justice sector. This client‑facing role supports project delivery across construction and handover, working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and stakeholders. You will help lead work packages, drive programme outcomes and contribute to a major MoJ programme. Please note: This is a hybrid role with onsite presence of 2-3 days in Lancaster and EL1 vetting are required. You’ll be responsible for: Responsible for supporting the projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements. Coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives set out in the project plans. Conducting research, analysis, record-keeping and other supporting activities to ensure timely and accurate information to contribute to delivery of project management operations. Developing direct and/or indirect management of external parties (consultants and contractors) coordinating others, to achieve project key performance indicators (KPIs). Managing small parts of projects independently, but with oversight from a PM/SPM. You’ll need to have: Experience in project management with relevant construction or delivery exposure. Progress toward MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation. Degree or equivalent experience with strong project planning and coordination capability. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and understanding of project management practices.
