What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading end-to-end delivery of complex engineering and software projects within a secure environment
* Acting as the key link between engineering teams, senior stakeholders and customers
* Managing contracts, budgets, schedules and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes
* Supporting business development activity, from early engagement through to contract award
* Driving robust project governance across scope, risk, quality, procurement and financial controls
* Monitoring cost performance and forecasting to maintain accurate estimates at completion
* Building strong relationships with partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
Main Skills Needed:
* Proven experience managing projects within engineering, software or defence-led environments
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams
* Solid background in customer and stakeholder management
* Confident managing financial tracking, forecasting and commercial performance
* Technical degree (or equivalent experience)
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain UK SC clearance (UK citizenship required)
