Hays are delighted to be working with a charitable organisation based in the Stirlingshire area, who need additional support in the form of an administrator to join their team on a part-time interim basis.
Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to :
• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
• Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
• Support internal teams with ad hoc tasks and projects
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of information
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an administrative role essential
You must drive and have access to your own car
You must be immediately available or due to finish a contract.
