Location: Guildford -Free Parking (fully on-site)

Hours: Full-time - Monday -Friday (8am -4pm/ 9:30am 5:30pm)

This is not a standard reception job - you will be part of a busy, collaborative environment where no two days feel the same! You will be the centre of communication, coordination, and first impressions, making a real impact across the business.
What You'll Do??
As a key member of the Reception Team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Welcoming Visitors: Greet and register guests, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
2. Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls and route them efficiently.
3. Mail Management: Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
4. Office Supplies: Manage stock control of office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area.
5. Accommodation Coordination: Oversee staff accommodation logistics, including welcome packs.
6. Client Support: Provide ad-hoc assistance to clients and colleagues to help achieve company goals.
7. Travel Arrangements: Book worldwide travel, including visas and accommodations, while coordinating with the Accounts department on expenses.
8. Meeting Coordination: Arrange client meetings and training courses, including catering and materials.
9. Event Support: Assist with event bookings and welcome clients to our annual User Meeting.
Qualifications & Skills
10. Prior experience working in front of house -essential
11. Good A-Levels (or equivalent) in both Maths and English.
12. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
13. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
14. The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
16. A willingness to collaborate with clients and colleagues alike.
17. Knowledge of Adobe products is a plus!
