Salary: £22,000-£24,000 + Commission

About the Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and ongoing development to help you become an expert within the MEP BIM (Building Information Modelling) & Digital Engineering sectors.
You'll support the team in sourcing top engineering and BIM talent, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing specialist desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and engage candidates within MEP Design and MEP BIM disciplines
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients
* Manage job adverts, applications, and candidate pipelines
* Conduct candidate interviews and gather compliance documentation
* Support senior consultants with client delivery and account management
* Learn and apply recruitment best practices, sales techniques, and market knowledge
* Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
* Work towards weekly and monthly activity and billing targets
* Represent the Eden Brown brand professionally within the built environment sector
