We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer with a dedicated on-site laboratory, for a reliable and detail-oriented Laboratory Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in laboratory or manufacturing environments. You will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day lab operations by handling documentation, sample tracking, data entry, and admin support for the QC and lab teams. Key Responsibilities * Manage incoming and outgoing lab samples, including logging, labelling, and filing. * Maintain accurate records of testing results and support document control systems. * Coordinate data entry and reporting for QC analysis and regulatory compliance. * Order and track lab supplies and consumables; liaise with suppliers as needed. * Support audit preparation and general housekeeping of lab documentation. * Provide admin support to lab managers, technicians, and quality teams.
