Internal Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Proactively handle inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate quotations and follow up to convert into orders
Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs
Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and update the CRM system with all customer interactions
Work towards monthly sales targets and performance metrics
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (B2B preferred)
Excellent communication skills with a confident phone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and results-driven attitude
Experience in the steel or industrial supply sector is an advantage but not essential
IT-literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
What We Offer
Basic salary of
£35,000 per annum
Monthly bonus scheme
