Required is Finance Assistant to commence a maternity cover on a fixed term contract until End of Nov 2026 The Role You’ll be working in a small team undertaking responsibility for supporting the Finance Manager with a range of duties. There’ll be plenty of internal customer interaction across the wider business to ensure accurate data is reported in the following areas. Expenses Costing Recharges VAT Reconciliation Fixed Assets Balance Sheet Recs Accruals & Prepayments The Candidate We’re looking to draw interest from applicants who demonstrate a sound grounding in accounts administration, specifically reconciliation, debits and credits. The balance sheet, fixed asset work can and will be taught if you are able to learn. AAT grounding level 3 /4 would be of strong interest Due to the nature of the data reporting needs,ideally you'll have a sound capability with Excel (Pivot’s / Look Up’s) however training can be provided. The minimum expectation is that you are comfortable with formulae. You’ll also need to be confident, agile and adaptable, a true team player, able to work site based (no hybrid) and absorb all the knowledge needed to bridge gaps in the others areas of the accounts admin team.
