As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll take ownership of Meta Ads strategy and execution across a varied client base, driving measurable results that tie directly to sales. You’ll play a key role in refining internal playbooks, improving performance processes, and influencing growth levers across the business - all while working closely with senior leaders in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and performance outcomes.
* Analyse performance data and implement insights to drive profitable client growth.
* Lead the strategy and delivery across 8–10 client accounts, providing insight-driven reporting.
* Identify upsell opportunities across paid social, email, and creative service areas.
* Collaborate on operational improvements and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing.
Essential Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management in a digital marketing agency.
* Strong track record managing multiple client accounts with consistently high performance.
* Proven analytical skills and experience with conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
* Excellent relationship management skills built on communication and delivery of results.
* Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, and spreadsheet-based data analysis.
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
