Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive support to individuals on opiate recovery programmes, helping them achieve personal milestones
* Effectively manage a caseload of opiate clients, using SystemOne to track progress and ensure best practices
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to tailor recovery plans that meet individual client needs
* Offer crisis intervention and support to clients, addressing any hurdles they encounter along the way
* Facilitate group sessions and workshops designed to educate and empower clients on their journey to recovery
