Job Title: Compliance Coordinator (SHEQ)

The Opportunity:
As a Compliance Coordinator you’ll play a key role within both the SHEQ team and across the whole business.
Key Duties
Keeping policies, procedures and forms up to date, controlled and accessible for users across the organisation
Monitoring legal registers and legislative changes, ensuring proactive updates to systems and processes
Leading on internal audit scheduling and delivery, and supporting external audit readiness and successful outcomes
Investigating and analysing incidents and trends, ensuring root causes are addressed through clear corrective and preventative actions
Supporting readiness across projects and sites, including quality plans, stage gates and operational compliance support
Your work will directly contribute to: keeping the organisation audit-ready and aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. About You:
An understanding of ISO 9001 standards and associated compliance frameworks
Strong internal auditing skills, ideally with hands-on experience in managing or contributing to audit programmes
Experience supporting or managing quality control plans, including input into supplier assurance or project compliance
A solutions-focused approach, confident in analysing problems and presenting practical improvements
Ideally have worked within a Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental or Sustainability based department within Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction.
Excellent communication and coaching skills, able to work collaboratively across teams and influence positive change
Driving license is critical to people to carry out some of teh off-site audits The Benefits and Package:
