📅 Full-time | Monday to Friday
About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented, proactive Senior Marketing Associate to take the lead on creating engaging content, running campaigns, growing our digital presence, and tracking performance across multiple channels.
You'll be involved in everything from social media to email marketing, website content to marketing materials — and you’ll work closely with a supportive team who value creativity, fresh thinking, and a data-driven mindset.
If you’re an organised, skilled marketer with a creative eye and a passion for making things happen, this is a brilliant opportunity to step up and make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
* Create, plan, and schedule engaging content, particularly for LinkedIn and email campaigns
* Manage email marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking (Mailchimp experience helpful)
* Build and optimise website content, track website performance, and suggest improvements
* Own and manage a library of marketing assets and materials, keeping everything up to date
* Collaborate with graphic designers to create new marketing materials
* Track and report on marketing performance across social media, email campaigns, and the website
* Coordinate and manage the marketing calendar, aligning campaigns and strategic initiatives
* Present clear marketing performance reports and insights to the team on a regular basis
* Keep on top of marketing trends and best practices and share ideas to help the whole team grow
* Support internal communications and team projects to ensure smooth campaign delivery
What you’ll bring:
* 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Skilled at writing engaging marketing copy for different channels
* Confident planning and posting content across LinkedIn and other digital platforms
* Experience running email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)
* Comfortable working with website CMS platforms (basic SEO knowledge a plus)
* Strong organisational skills — able to juggle multiple projects and priorities smoothly
* Confident analysing marketing data and drawing smart, actionable insights
* A creative thinker who can find fresh ways to engage audiences
* Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
What’s in it for you:
* Competitive salary (£30k–£35k depending on experience)
* Flexible working — with the option to work from home 1–2 days a week after probation
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + a Christmas shutdown
* Private healthcare cover after qualifying period
* Access to professional coaching and personal development opportunities
* Regular social events and a supportive, collaborative team environment
* Wellbeing initiatives including an employee assistance programme, fitness classes, and wellness app access
* Company pension scheme and additional benefits like eye care support, childcare vouchers, and cycle-to-work scheme
