Pay
£17 - £18ph + 30% shift allowance for night working
Responsibilities
* Set and operate CNC Mill / Turn machines to produce precision components in line with customer drawings
* Use FAUNC control systems confidently to manage tooling, offset and machining parameters
* Carry out in‑process inspection of own work, ensuring compliance with drawing requirements and SPC standards
* Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality and general engineering competence
* Keep work area clean, organized and compliant with 5C / 5S standards
About You
* Completed a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent experience)
* Strong engineering background with proven ability as a fully skilled CNC setter / operator
* Experience working with FAUNC controls
* Familiarity with Nakamura machines and bar‑feed systems is advantageous
* Aerospace experience is highly desirable
