As a Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will play a key role in delivering our dessert and pastry offerings across multiple outlets, including our signature restaurant, in-room dining, and events. You will support the Head Chef in daily operations, mentor junior team members, and uphold high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and present all pastry and dessert items to the highest standard.
2. Support the Head Chef with planning, preparation, and service.
3. Ensure consistency and precision in execution across all outlets.
4. Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
5. Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal updates.
