The Role:
Join an award-winning team dedicated to providing excellent customer service as a Front of House Receptionist. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Receiving, screening, and directing calls to relevant clients
2. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
3. Organising and preparing meeting rooms
4. Arranging refreshments and tidying after meetings
5. Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
6. Setting up client files
7. Mail merging and sending letters using MS Word
8. Completing tasks within tight deadlines
9. Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
10. Performing spreadsheet analysis with MS Excel
11. Replenishing and ordering stationery
Skills and Attributes:
1. Professional and presentable appearance
2. Enthusiastic with a friendly approach
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Exceptional customer service skills
5. Organised and methodical
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficient in MS Office
8. Assist in the efficient running of the centre
The Hours:
Monday to Friday, between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
