2. Customer Experience Excellence:

* Lead customer service efforts across digital channels, responding to consumer (and potentially trade) enquiries promptly and professionally. * Effectively resolve customer issues, manage refunds, returns, and replacements to maintain high customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the Trade Team Leader on shared customer service aspects where necessary.

3. Digital Marketing & SEO:

* In collaboration with relevant departments, contribute to the creation, execution, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns. * Monitor and report on the performance of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads campaigns. * Implement and refine SEO strategies across all listings and website content to improve organic search rankings. * Track our search result placements and those of key competitors. * Harvesting images and testimonials from across the net.

4. Sales Performance & Analysis:

5. Financial & Compliance Administration:

* Manage VAT (UK & EU) and Sales Tax (US) queries originating from Amazon or partners like AVASK/AVALARA. * Assist with marketplace compliance programs, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). * Collaborate with accountants to provide reports for reconciling orders against deposits from various platforms. * Regularly review costs and margins to ensure we are profitable.

6. Team & Operational Leadership:

* Actively develop and maintain a professional, respectful, friendly and honest relationship with all Vegeco suppliers and other team members, acting as the primary contact for 3rd party services related to e-commerce activities. * Where required, assist in drafting job descriptions, reviewing proposals, and onboarding freelancers or agency support. * Proactively seek out learning opportunities (workshops, webinars) to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

Who We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce) and marketplaces (Amazon is essential).
* An understanding of inventory and stock management techniques and software.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Amazon Ads), and email marketing.
