The Role
Join this leading International Real Estate group, focussing on Energy, Infrastructure & Regeneration work.
Real Estate sits at the heart of the firm, forming its second largest department worldwide.
You'll have the opportunity to work on complex matters which include:
* Negotiating property agreements i.e. easements, leases, land acquisitions
* Land right & title matters
* Negotiating on infrastructure agreements
* Liaising with local authorities in relation to Energy work
This International heavyweight boast a strong client base spanning local authorities, national and international utilities businesses and much more.
Having recently secured several new contracts/tenders, the firm are looking to recruit in line with the growth strategy of the department.
The firm are open to considering lawyers at associate, senior associate or legal director level.
