Housing Receptionist Location: Greenford & Uxbridge, London Pay: £13.94 per hour (weekly pay) Hours: 35 hours per week (rota including evenings, weekends & public holidays) Contract: Full-timeWe are recruiting on behalf of our client in Greenford and Uxbridge for a Housing Receptionist to join a friendly, community-focused supported housing service.
The Role
You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and providing excellent front-of-house support.Key duties include:
* Welcoming residents and visitors
* Answering phone and email enquiries
* Managing bookings and reception administration
* Carrying out basic safety and wellbeing checks
* Supporting general admin tasks

* Excellent communication and people skills with a professional telephone manner
* Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
* Proactive attitude and keen to grow in the role
* Flexible to work rota shifts including evenings and weekends
