What you'll be doing
* Assisting customers with inquiries
* Preparing invoices and quotations
* customs documents
* Warehouse dispatches
* Coordinate product shipments
* Maintain accountability for costs whilst providing excellent customer service
* Support order processing
* Manage relevant documentation
* Assist with reporting
* Collaborate to ensure smooth sales and logistics operations across the UK
What you'll bring
* Business education with focus on economics or logistics
* Professional experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and sales processes
* Previous experience in handling full set shipping documents
* Good knowledge of quotation preparation, order processing and managing invoices
* Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office as well as dealing with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP or Infor)
* The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mindset and a customer service orientation
* Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
* Well-organized, able to multitask and a good team player
* Fluent in English written and verbal
